Yes — we are proudly Canadian made. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted here in Canada, reflecting our commitment to local craftsmanship, premium materials, and supporting Canadian manufacturing.
Our products are available exclusively through our dealers and trade partners. We do not sell directly to the public. To find a dealer near you, please contact us.
Floor samples soften over time due to frequent testing. Your furniture will also become more plush with regular use. To accelerate the process, place the cushions on the floor and gently bounce on them with your knees — this helps break in the foam faster.

Note: “Lifetime” refers to a maximum period of 10 years.
Email all orders to [email protected]. Orders are processed based on the date received. Incomplete forms will delay production, so please ensure all details are included.

Yes. Rush orders may be subject to a surcharge, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Production typically takes 4–5 weeks from receipt of your order, depending on fabric availability. Completion dates may fluctuate based on supply and scheduling.
Yes. We will notify you of any delays along with an updated estimated ship date for the fabric.
Yes — send your amendment request to [email protected]. If your order hasn’t entered production, we can process the change without affecting your delivery schedule.
Yes — as long as production hasn’t started. Once in production, cancellations are no longer possible.
All products are custom made to order based on your specifications, so we do not accept returns.
If you believe your product has a material or manufacturing defect, please contact the store or dealer you purchased from. They’ll guide you through the claims process.
Yes, we accept COM fabrics. Please contact us for more details and submission guidelines.
No — pilling is not considered a defect. It’s a common result of fabric wear. We recommend using a furniture or sweater shaver to maintain your piece’s appearance. Over time, pilling will stop as excess fibers are worn away.
Flo Furniture is not responsible for damages during transit. Inspect items upon delivery before signing. Report any damage directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.
