Hardwood Frames
Kiln-dried hardwood frames are warranted from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
Springs & Suspension
No sag springs or Pirelli rubber webbing systems are warranted for two years from date of delivery.
Fabric
Fabric is warranted for one year against manufacturing defects. Pilling is not considered a defect.
Cushion
High-resilience foam cushions are warranted against loss of resilience beyond normal softening for three years.
Upholstery Workmanship
Stitching, tailoring and tufting are warranted for one year against manufacturing defects.
Mechanisms
Swivel and sleeper mechanisms carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's not covered
Normal wear, damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning, fabric fading from sun exposure, and damage from pets. Commercial-grade warranty terms differ; please see your project documentation.
